Raw Vegan Caesar Salad


Salad Ingredients


1 head of romaine/green leaf lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces (thoroughly dried)

1 green onion, finely diced


*Prepare the above ingredients and place in a large serving bowl. Set aside.


Nut/Seed Garlic Crumble (“Croutons”)


1 cup walnuts/almonds/sunflower seeds

1 garlic clove

pinch Celtic sea salt

dash cumin

1 Tbsp nutritional yeast


*Place the garlic and salt in a food processor (fitted with the S blade) and process until the garlic is finely minced. Add the walnuts (or almonds/seeds), cumin and nutritional yeast and process until the walnuts become a sticky crumble. Top the salad with the walnut crumble and set aside.




1 Tbsp almond butter (or tahini if you have a nut allergy)

1 small clove of garlic

½ tsp Celtic sea salt (or to taste)

1 tsp honey, RAW

drizzle of olive oil

1 Tbsp of fresh herbs of choice (i.e.: chives, oregano, basil, rosemary, etc.)

dash of dried herbs of choice (i.e.: marjoram, oregano, basil, etc.)

drizzle of apple cider vinegar (or juice from ½ lemon)

splash of water, or as needed


*Blend all of the ingredients above in a small blender until well combined. Add more water if necessary. The dressing must be creamy, but thin enough to pour. Taste for seasoning. Drizzle over your salad, toss and serve! Enjoy. ~
