In the video above, I make my family's favourite dark berry smoothie - Wild Berry Smoothie. This drink is so deep in blueberry pigment, any kid would be eager to give it a try.

600 g frozen/fresh wild blueberries
1 mango, pit removed
1 Tbsp honey, raw
1 Tbsp each of bee pollen, flaxseed, hempseed and chia sees
3 Medjool dates, pitted
5 to 6 cups of homemade almond milk (or water/coconut water)
*Blend all of the ingredients above in your high powered blender until creamy and smooth. If using frozen berries, blend for 30 seconds more or so to make sure the drink is not too cold.
