Bananas and kale make this non-fat green smoothie sing. In this video I show you how easy it is to make a yummy tasting, super healthy and energizing non-fat green smoothie.
4 or 5 stalks of kale, ribs removed
2 very ripe bananas (with the brown dots)
2 cups chopped pineapple (nice and yellow)
1 to 1 1/2 cups of water
3 ot 4 ice cubes
Just blend everything in your VitaMix blender on high for a minute or two until smooth! Enjoy immediately.
