1/3 cup raw hempseed
5 clean water
1 Tbsp raw honey
2 Medjool dates, pitted
pinch Celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp / raw vanilla
*Put all of the ingredients above in a high powered blender and blend away for a minute or so. That's it! Instant seed milk! I love having this seed milk following my workout, especially when I do a weigh routine. This milk really feeds your muscles!
