Each day I try to bring something new to the table. I aim to replicate a lot of the comfort foods that people love - but I use raw plant food only. It is a pleasant surprise each time I create a new dish and then I want to share it.
If you venture into the raw food lifestyle, don't think for a minute that you will be deprived of all your favourite foods. You can enjoy a bowl of Zucchini Noodles with Fresh Tomato Sauce, a yummy 'Meatball Sub' or a delectable Strawberry 'Cheese' Cake. Of course, the dishes I make have no meat, no dairy, no processed or refined grains and no other processed food products. But, while you may miss these foods, you won't miss the taste and comfort!
