Here's what you'll need ...
1 head of romaine lettuce, leaves separated from the heart and washed and dried
1 mango, peeled, pitted and sliced thinly
2 juicy red apples, cored and thinly sliced
a pile of baby arugula leaves
*Remove the ribs/spine from each lettuce leaf (this will leave two lettuce halves, which will be the wraps). Next, lay 1 slice of mango, 2 pieces of apple and a small pile of arugula at the bottom near edge of a lettuce leaf. Roll the leaf up tightly and set aside. Continue on like this for the remainder of the ingredients.
For the sauce:
1 heaping Tbsp of almond butter, raw
1 tsp honey, raw
2 Tbsp Braggs all natural soy sauce
juice of 2 limes
*Place all of the ingredients above in a small blender (like The Magic Bullet or a similar variety) and blend for 30 seconds or so, until creamy and smooth. This is your dipping sauce for the wraps.
Serve immediately! Enjoy this recipe any time of the day - as a snack, appetizer or main meal.
