Here's a creamy Christmasy drink that'll knock your socks off!
Here's our recipe ... a little gift from our home to yours ...
1 cup of raw, plain pistachios
4 cups of spring/filtered water
1 Tbsp raw almond butter
1 Tbsp raw honey
8 Medjool dates, pitted
1/8 tsp raw powdered vanilla (or to taste)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
1/4 tsp nutmeg (or to taste)
pinch of sea salt
1/4 tsp sunflower lecithin
1. First prepare the pistachio milk by blending the nuts with the water in a high-powered blender for a couple of minutes. Strain the milk through a nut milk bag or fine meshed sieve.
2. Now blend the strained milk with the remaining ingredients until creamy and smooth.
3. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Serve chilled in fancy holiday glassware!
