Raw Vegan Chocolate Milk
1 cup raw cashews, plain
6 Medjool dates, pitted
5 to 6 cups water (filtered or spring) (more or less depending on how thick/thin you like your milk)
pinch Celtic sea salt
1/3 cup or 3 heaping Tbsp raw, wild-crafted carob powder (or cacao powder)
Blend all of the above ingredients for a minute or two in your VitaMix blender. Serve and enjoy. For hot/warm chocolate, simply blend a little longer until the milk warms up.
(Keeps well for up to 3 days in your refrigerator.)
