1 cup fresh/frozen coconut meat (we order ours online imported from Indonesia)
1 handful truly raw, plain cashews
1 Tbsp almond butter, also raw
1 heaping Tbsp unfiltered, raw honey
pinch Celitc sea salt
1 cup water/coconut water/almond milk
1/2 tsp pure vanilla
*Blend all of the above ingredients in your high-powered blender (i.e.: VitaMix/Blendtec) on high, for a minute or so. Add more water/coconut water if it is too thick and adjust for sweetness. Add more ice if you like your milkshakes really Ccccccold - as we do!
