Today I did not feel like having a green drink. It was my grocery day and I made sure to buy tons of greens so that I could juice for the week. This ensures that I have my green juice even when I don't feel like it. I keep it really simple in this video and make one of my all time classics - Kale, Celery, Lemon, Apple juice. This juice is oh so easy to make, but the key is making sure to get the ratios right to optimize flavour and nutrition.

Kale Lemon Apple Celery Juice
1 large bunch of dinosaur kale
2 medium celery hearts
6 Fuji apples (small)
1 lemon
